I’m either excited about skiing or wishing I was in a warm climate. Sometimes on the same day! So tonight, I pulled out a small remnant of a dark blue and black print of a leopard print and palm tree (sounds ridiculous, is rather abstractly cool). I think this would be a fabulous loose tube top worn over wide leg linen pants. I made one of these in a brown gauze for the last baby, will surely need to find it for this one! I had actually forgotten it since I didn’t get out most of my summer clothes. Then when I was attempting to draft this one, I thought, waitaminute, I have done this before! It’s quite simple, it’s basically a sewn-down wrap skirt made into a top. It can also be worn as a skirt which was my original thought for this top.
And you know how much I like multipurpose clothing! It’s my thing. I’ll post a sketch.
