Sew Paradise

This weekend, after a hugely busy week at work, I am taking knitting with me up north. specifically, the yarn I bought in France to make a baby poncho.  It’s all rectangles 😉 But I can’t wait to get back to knitting!

It’s too much to take the sewing machine this time around, and I really feel the need to be slightly minimalistic after a very packed-in week of work, after work and baby care activities.

So, what’s the poncho? One of those two rectangles that are sewn together long side to short side. I think it’ll be very cute and it will take no time at all – she’s not very big 😉

Next weekend hubs is gone riding a bike AGAIN, so he owes me a couple of weekends to sew.

I'm Ann. I've been sewing since I was 9. My first project was a denim wrap skirt. Thrifting is a way of life for me - both eco-chic and financially savvy.
