Sew Paradise

Sewin’ baby

I have been ogling some of the Sew Baby patterns on Pattern Review. I really want to sew more for Peanut! So I think I’ll get a couple of them – I already have Poncho Pizzaz, which I now have fleece for a reversible pink to navy with pink and navy flowers (bought at the sewing garage sale). And I have all of those gorgeous japanese cottons, the multicolored rick rack and the green gingham piping!

For everything I sew for myself I should sew one for peanut, too!  And since a lot of what I’m making is from scraps of my own projects, she’s going to have one very sophisticated wardrobe!

Part of what I’ve enjoyed about the changes and events in my life is sewing for them, and I think I need to do more for sewing for the most important things in my life – and that’s Peanut!

I’m excited, it’s time to do some fun kids sewing. Life’s good!

I'm Ann. I've been sewing since I was 9. My first project was a denim wrap skirt. Thrifting is a way of life for me - both eco-chic and financially savvy.
