This is sort of a crossover post, but it has to do with sewing, that’s why it’s here and not my personal blog. I’ve had this handbag business, for, oh, five years. I have designed some great bags, including one that everyone just loves when they see it made up. So that’s my first bag for sale (yeah, not much of a business, but I have others that pay the bills – aka my ‘day job’ businesses). And I’m inspired to do more of them. I really tapped into something cool here, and I think there’s a market for my designs and the idea behind the patterns.
So my commitment, here, in public, is this pattern will be for sale before Christmas. It could be for sale next week but I….see there it is again. No excuses. It could be for sale next week! Next week! I can put the site for sale on my own site, a friend’s crafting blog and see what happens.
I need to finish up the cover design tweaks and update the web site with some photos. But that’ll come.
