Transition sewing

White ITY  knit pants – wide leg with banded waist.

White ruffle cardigan – 3/4 sleeve from BaseWearTwo

Garden print capsleeve dress – Elizabeth Lee

gray Italian windowpane pants – trouser pants, wide leg (measure  and trace my fave pantleg from hip to hem and modify the pattern)

Riviera cardigan jacket, cropped sleeves, in teal knit

Red japanese print cap sleeve jewel neck top with neckline pleating, empire waist. Self draft or morph of Elizabeth Lee nursing classics with tulip top. I’m still mentally concepting this. I liked the red print for a top last year, and want cap sleeves for summerish modernity. But unsure on the rest. Still need to nurse, though. Wovens have to be nursing friendly because they can’t be easily lifted up.

It’s still summer, but these will transition to fall pretty easily. And I’m finally, FINALLY sewing that gray windowpane!

I can wear the white pants with red print top and teal cropped cardigan. The windowpane pants with red top and jacket. Ruffle cardigan alone over the windowpane pants. Dress with the Riviera cardigan, and of course the white pants with the white ruffle cardigan.

We move in a week, so there’s only one last sewing project – the Metroplitan Homage tote which is almost done (handles, zippers left).
