Sew Paradise

Fall sewing

Yeah, I know. I always resist this first fall sewing post of the season and it’s almost always on my summer vacation that it happens! I always have many things on my “oh I want to sew that” list, but I have to narrow it down a bit, I think.

But I have a bunch of really nice knits patterns, and I think I’ll make some easy knit separates.

Sheer gray merino wool knit swing jacket (Christine Jonson)

Banded waist front seam pants in slate wool jersey (Christine Jonson)

Cardiwrap in sheer teal stripe

V-neck top in aqua rayon jersey

crossover top in peach rayon jersey

gray with silver knit cowlneck top – HotPatterns top from a few seasons back. With bandeau cover for nursing

Plus a new pair of trouser jeans

And for Peanut the twirly top and pants, and a couple of the Elizabeth Lee toddler dresses and leggings sets

I'm Ann. I've been sewing since I was 9. My first project was a denim wrap skirt. Thrifting is a way of life for me - both eco-chic and financially savvy.
