Here’s my copper silk and blue suede handbag. I posted a review of this on PR (click on the ‘more’ link on my PR widget to see it.) I sewed it for the Pattern Review Spring 08 handbag contest. I like it a lot – these are small handles and needed a smallish bag to go with it. I got to use my leather class articles to sew the suede, it’s very nice to carry. Overall I’m very happy with it. It’s more of a winter color so I’ll be putting it away for the fall, I think. Spring is for fun prints and bright colors.
