My summer denim dress will be great….but it’s also denim. I want a sundress. So I’m thinking I need to cut out a dress out of some of the rest of the knits I bought in Chicago those years ago. One of the Elizabeth Lee dresses, sleeveless.
I’m printing my pattern for the Janina pants/shorts and am planning to do some cutting out today. I will no doubt have to make a muslin of the dress, but I think I may just pin-fit the shorts (!)
I was at target getting the baby some new shoes yesterday and came to the realization – I don’t need any more clothes. I love sewing and plan to sew all summer. But I have no interest in new RTW.
Off to look at the pattern and fabric stash…
