I’m surfing Christine Jonson’s site this morning (love that new tie back top) and decided I have that sheer mesh in brown and black in the stash – that just cries out to be a summer top! Get sewin’ girl! And what about that sheer stretchy striped teal? What can that be? I see maybe the butterfly tops? I also have the brown knit – which I earmarked for a summer top – I’m thinking a version of the ruched top sarong nursing shirt I saw online. With chunky brass bangle bracelets, a long gold necklace and white wide leg pants. mmm. yummy. Summer. Tall wedges (hopefully at least one of those pairs of Aerosoles I bought fit – the green ones arrived and I don’t know that I absolutely love them.
Okay, so the kitchen is still underway, but you’ll have some time during naptime to sew this weekend – tomorrow, after the kitchen is clean and the grout is in place. But it’s nice to know that when I’m not spending any money on new clothes – there are still ‘new’ clothes waiting to be made from stash!
